Grouse Mountain Field Trip

Forms have been handed out for the Grouse Mountain field trip. Students must select either the Grouse Grind option ($18) or the First Nations and nature option ($30).

You must get your forms signed by your teachers as you will be missing a day of classes, and your parent/custodian.

Forms are due back to Ms Ikeda by Thursday May 4.

Upcoming field trips

All ELL classes will be going to Grouse Mountain for a trip to enjoy the Canadian outdoors on Friday May 19th. There will be two program options: the Grouse Grind or the nature and wildlife tour. Permission forms to come!

The International Students Association is sponsoring an after-school field trip to Planet Lazer in Langley. Tickets are $15 for international students and $20 for guests. Tickets include round-trip bus fare and 3 games of laser tag. Permission forms will be handed out in May.

Third Snow Day of the Week!

What a week it has been! I woke up to surprising news on the school district superintendent’s Twitter account that Surrey Schools were closed for the third day this week. I hope you are all staying safe and avoiding walking or driving.

oprah

Maintenance staff and grounds crew are at schools clearing snow and making it safe for us when we return. Make sure to show your appreciation for their hard work by thanking them and being considerate of them when we return to school.
